There are quite a few work out programs out there. There are fitness requirements to think about as well. Does this work out meet your expectations? Some do, some don’t and that’s why it’s important to talk with your doctor first before starting any new fitness program as well as what specifics you are looking for in a work out. I have done my share of different work outs/programs such as P90X, Insanity, Jillian’s 30 Day Shred and others. They have all been great works and wonderful fitness trainers.                                                                                                                     

My Review 

I recently came across another exercise program called Piyo. It sounded interesting so I checked it out. Piyo is a new work out on It says if you’re looking for a work out that isn’t high impact, with more stretching and a quick work out, then this is for you. I did check out the program  it sounds and looks like another great work out.  I went to the Beach Body site to read the reviews as well. This is important to do, you don’t want to invest in something, be disappointed and possibly lose your money.


Here is what I found out about Piyo. The trainer is named Chalene. She is a friendly trainer who shows that she cares about those who participate in her work out. She’s entertaining and it feels like she’s right there with you, encouraging and pushing you to do your best. There is muscle sculpting, flexibility of yoga and nonstop fluid movement.  No weights or equipment is required for this work out. A 60 Day money back guarantee is offered which sounds good. This work out is for you if you are more advanced and want an effective, quick work out.


There is no caption for the deaf. This work out is hard on the knew joints. There have been problems with the downloading of the work out. There are download capability issues. This is not a work out for beginners. Overall I think this is a great work out, even though there could be some improvements .
