We all want to get an effective work out ,but also get faster results. The gyms are great however, you have to spend an hour or more going from one machine to the next to target the upper and lower body. Why spend more money and spend so much more time with different exercise machines when you can get the effective work out , burn more calories and spend less time exercising.
I have done it all, gyms and different work out programs. I love Jillian’s work out programs. I have been doing her work out for a while now and I love the results I get in a shorter period of time. I’ve dropped a couple pants sizes along with a healthy, balanced diet. Jillian stands by her word that you will not only lose weight , but get shredded, depending on how much a person’s weight loss goal is, it will take longer than 30 days. You will see results if you’re consistent and stick with it. You will be amazed! I would say about 10-12 pounds you could lose in 30 days and varies from person to person.
Jillian’s 30 Day Shred is a great work out ! My personal view and experience with this work out I give it a 5 out of 5. She is tough and I love that. I like that she won’t let you give up . She provides a very effective work out and she encourages you to keep moving even when you feel like you can’t do it anymore. She provides a modified version for beginners and a more intense version. This is important for beginners. not to push themselves too hard. It’s better to work your way up , which Jillian points out as well.
Give it a try, you’ll love it ! I’m sure you remember her from ” The Biggest Loser ” ! She helped so many people lose a lot of weight. She really pushed them and didn’t let them give up. Now they are living happier and healthier lives thanks to her .
