It’s important to add exercise when we can into our daily routine/schedule. Doctors say it all the time to take the stairs instead of the elevator. This is a great idea to get more exercise. I take the stairs all the time at the doctor’s office, ball parks, other businesses and at home. Our bodies need this extra calorie burn on a regular basis. I know it’s easier to take the elevator when you go to see the doctor, but your body will thank you by taking the stairs.

 


Take That Extra Step To Better Health

I understand that at certain times , more than others you don’t want to feel the burn, but when you do it you’ll feel great and happy that you did it. You’re taking that extra step to get the exercise you need to live a healthier lifestyle.

The park  or beach is another great place. There may be some stair cases and you can enjoy the scenery as well. When you think to yourself you don’t want to take the stairs, think about the health benefits.
