5 Delicious Snacks To Help You Lose Weight

5 Snacks To Help You Lose Weight

It’s important to have 5-6 small meals a day so your 3 regular meals , breakfast, lunch and dinner but also add a couple snacks to your day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, don’t skip it. This does help with faster weight loss. Take a granola bar, banana, a slice of wheat toast so you will have something to eat in the morning even when you’re in a hurry. You can find nutritious snacks to eat that will help you stay on track and help with your weight loss goals. They are as follows:

  1. A bow of berries- strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. They are low in calories, full of vitamins, great for bloating and weight loss.
  2. Avacados- you can eat an avacado by itself or spread some on a cracker
  3. Nuts- 100 pistatios are only 100 calories and they’re delicious
  4. Vegetables- brocolli, carrots, orange, red and yellow peppers, cucumber
  5. Smoothie- any flavor

All of these are delicious snacks you can eat along with regular exercise to help you lose those unwanted inches and pounds. I love these snacks. They also keep you satisfied with a glass of ice water. Drinking plenty of water is very important to help with your weight loss. Water helps to fill you up so you won’t want to eat more. I add a lemon slice, strawberries, orange slices, cucumber to my ice water and it tastes great. I also have a treat after my water is gone.

If you want quick and  effective weight loss, follow this along with your fitness routine and you will see results. This won’t happen if  you’re snacking on potato chips and candy bars. You also need a diet high in protein to help you lose weight. Nuts are high in protein as well as chicken and fish. The water and fruit especially help with the bloating and that’s why it helps a lot to avoid salty foods to get rid of belly fat and too much sugar in soda which causes you to want to snack more.

The sugar in soda and diet soda makes you crave more so that’s why you should stay away from it and drink plenty of water. I know it’s tough sometimes because of cravings, but substitute the bad food with these choices and the cravings will lessen. When you get used to eating healthy you won’t crave the junk nearly as much. Your body will crave the healthy food. Make these and other nutritious snacks a part of your daily routine and you’ll be happy with the results. Please let me know if you have any questions. I’ll be more than happy to answer them.
